1. Services Offered

Carib Careers Network provides the following services to employers and job seekers:

  • Job Posting Package: Employers can post job vacancies to attract candidates for $250 USD.
  • CV Enhancement Package: Candidates receive personalized CV optimization and career guidance for $50 USD.
  • Candidate Matching Service: Employers are matched with qualified candidates from our database. Payment is required only after a successful match.
  • Contact Access Package: Employers can access candidate contact information for $100 USD.

2. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All package prices are clearly listed on our website. Prices may change, but changes will not affect existing agreements.
  • Payment for Candidate Matching Service:
    • Payment is required only after a candidate from our database is matched and selected by the employer.
    • The fee is equal to the candidate’s first month’s salary for the position filled.
    • Employers agree to remit payment within 14 days of the candidate’s acceptance of the offer.
  • Payment for Other Services:
    • Full payment is required upfront for all other packages (Job Posting, CV Enhancement, Contact Access).
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Payments are non-refundable except in cases where services are not rendered as agreed.
  • Payment Methods: Currently, payments can be made via direct bank transfer, mobile wallet transfer, or other manual methods provided at checkout.

3. Responsibilities of Users

  • Employers:
    • Provide accurate job descriptions and comply with applicable labor laws.
    • Remit payments for services as agreed.
    • Notify Carib Careers Network immediately if a matched candidate is no longer needed.
  • Candidates:
    • Ensure that resumes and profiles are truthful and up-to-date.
    • Respond promptly to potential employers.

4. Limitations and Disclaimers

  • No Guarantee of Employment: While we strive to provide effective matches, Carib Careers Network does not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.
  • Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
  • Service Interruptions: Services may be interrupted due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.

5. Privacy

All use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your data will be handled securely and in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Carib Careers Network. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for users who:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
  • Fail to remit payments as agreed.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of Dominica.
