Shawford Farms is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Gardener to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoor and have a passion for landscaping and horticulture, we’d love to hear from you!
Position Title: Gardener
Location: Shawford Farms
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, and outdoor spaces
- Perform regular watering, weeding, pruning, and planting
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
- Remove litter and debris from grounds
- Identify and report plant diseases or pest problems
- Keep all grounds clean, tidy, and visually appealing
Requirements:
- Experience as a gardener, landscaper, or similar role
- Knowledge of plants, landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Physically fit and able to perform manual outdoor labor
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
