As a mature and well-established practice, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality patient care. We are currently expanding our team and are seeking a qualified and experienced Associate Dentist to join us in continuing this tradition of excellence.
Location: Roseau, Commonwealth of Dominica
Experience: Minimum five (5) years in a dental practice

Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Associate Dentist in Dominica, the Nature Island of the Caribbean, to provide exceptional care to both children and adult patients. The ideal candidate will be confident in a wide range of dental procedures and demonstrate a strong commitment to professional ethics and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine dental examinations and provide comprehensive treatment plans
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, disorders, and diseases
- Perform dental procedures such as extractions, root canals, dental implants, and other advanced procedures
- Educate patients on oral health care practices and preventive measures
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Dentistry from an accredited university
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a clinical dental setting
- Proficiency in prosthodontics and endodontics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
- High attention to detail and strong diagnostic ability
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards
Compensation & Schedule
- Work Schedule: 4 days per week
- Compensation: 45% of gross collections after lab expenses
- Expected Annual Earnings: £50,000 +
