Shawford Farms is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Gardener to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoor and have a passion for landscaping and horticulture, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Title: Gardener
Location: Shawford Farms
Work Schedule: 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, and outdoor spaces
• Perform regular watering, weeding, pruning, and planting
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
• Remove litter and debris from grounds
• Identify and report plant diseases or pest problems
• Keep all grounds clean, tidy, and visually appealing

Requirements:

• Experience as a gardener, landscaper, or similar role
• Knowledge of plants, landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Physically fit and able to perform manual outdoor labor
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
